Sancaktepe
Paşaköy sits where Sancaktepe stops being city and starts being forest. It is the quiet end of a district that has spent the last decade filling in, and the last part of it still being built at low density rather than in towers.
What makes it work is that the quiet is not paid for in travel time. The Kuzey Marmara motorway toll gates are three and a half kilometres away, two metro stations sit within about five, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport is a twenty-one kilometre run. You get the forest without losing the road.
