We take on a limited number of project mandates each year. What we bring: a licensed Istanbul sales team operating in four languages, an established broker and partner network across Türkiye, the Gulf and the CIS, and full campaign production in-house through Streden Group — branding, video, print and events.
We report weekly on pipeline, conversion and inventory movement, and we do not take on competing projects in the same segment and district.

We work with brokers and agencies across Türkiye, the Gulf, Europe and the CIS. Partners receive the full unit list, floor plans, renders, current pricing and commission terms, with site visits arranged the same week and reservation support handled end to end.
